ELLISINVEST Projects draws on over 25 years of industry experience and a project and transaction volume exceeding EUR 5 billion.

This gives us deep expertise in structuring real estate transactions, executing complex project developments, and managing institutional partnerships – nationally and internationally.

For us, real estate is more than just construction – it creates spaces for living and working, shapes its surroundings, and leaves a lasting impact. At the same time, it represents both economic and social value.

Management

ELLISINVEST Projects is led by Dr. Hafez Balaei – an experienced executive and lawyer.

He spent around ten years working as a lawyer at leading commercial law firms, focusing on real estate transactions and real estate law.

He then served for 15 years as a board member of a leading real estate company, where he was responsible for large-scale transactions, high-profile development projects, and strategic partnerships with institutional investors – nationally and internationally.
